First of all, it is important that the cards are submitted correctly for shipment to PSA. Then they must arrive in time for us to forward them. All types of Trading Card Game cards and stickers that PSA grades can be submitted.

Throughout the process, you will receive email updates as soon as there are any changes to the status of your cards.

To deliver your cards correctly, we ask you to first place them in a Penny Sleeve and then in a Card Saver . These products can be ordered online.

Important: Do not forget to attach the PSA form with your details. This form is essential for the insurance and so that we can always contact you.

Payment PSA

The costs for grading must be paid in advance. This can be done:

When returning the cards by appointment.

Order online and pay easily via the webshop.

Any additional costs ( fees ) will only be settled at the end to avoid misunderstandings.

Inspection and confirmation of receipt by Rip and Ship

Once your cards arrive, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-5 business days . This email will provide you with more information about the processing and which shipping category your cards are in.

From this point on, your cards are insured until they are returned to you after grading.

Shipping and receipt confirmation by PSA

Your cards will be sent to PSA with the next shipment.

When PSA receives and registers your tickets, the official waiting period begins. You can find the current waiting times in the price list.

Return and inspection of PSA Slabs at Rip and Ship

Once the cards return to Rip and Ship after the grading process:

✅ We carefully check the PSA Slabs.

✅ We prepare them based on the submission.

✅ We will contact you about further shipping and any additional costs.

📢 PSA Reveal on TikTok!

When new PSA cards come in, we'll host a PSA Reveal live on TikTok . In the final email, we'll ask for your permission to show your cards there.

What is the deadline?

The deadline is the last day cards are accepted for a specific shipment. The actual shipment takes place a week later , because all data has to be processed manually.

Postage costs

The only shipping costs charged are the costs of returning your cards after grading.

A fee is an additional cost charged when the graded card has a higher value than allowed within the chosen tier.

Below you will find an overview of the maximum values ​​per tier :

💰 €29.95 → Max. graded value: €199

💰 €44.95 → Max. graded value: €500

💰 €109.95 → Max. graded value: €1,500

💰 €194.95 → Max. graded value: €2,500

💰 €539.95 → Max. graded value: €5,000

How does a fairy work?

📌 Example: You submit a card via the bulk tier (€29.95) . The card is graded and comes back as a PSA 10 with a market value of €900 .

Since this value is higher than the bulk tier maximum (€199), the card will automatically be placed in the correct tier ( €109.95 tier, max. €1,500).

💡 What does this mean for you?

You pay the difference between the two tiers:

€109.95 - €29.95 = €80 extra fee
